Your payment may require additional verification. The verification process may include but not limited to requesting physical photos of the customer’s identification information as well as the credit card used for purchase before the order is processed. Your billing address and mailing address must match to process any order amount on this website. Once all information has been verified, processed for payment and cleared, orders will be shipped out with a signature confirmation to ensure it will arrive at the correct address. NO EXCEPTIONS.
In the event of high volume or peak season, orders will be shipped as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind, orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Processing times for wig orders may require a longer delay. Please be patient.
We offer Priority 1 – 3 business day shipping as well as Express 1 – 2 business day shipping for U.S. orders.
Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Postal Service or FedEx delays the delivery of your package (or damages to the package) due to mishandling by employees of U.S. Postal Service or FedEx, weather, natural disasters, environmental concerns, or any other acts as it is 100% out of our company’s control.
