At Premium Hair Collection, we strive to provide quality products and satisfy each customer.  Please read our return policy carefully: 

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy with how they look or feel, you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping charges (if applicable). Any hair extensions that have been opened, unwrapped, seal broken, or tags removed from the product, altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify for a refund.  For altered products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We offer a 30 day return policy.  The 30 days = the date the package left our facility TO THE date the return products are received. For example, if the order was shipped to you on July 13th and we have received your return order on August 1st, you will qualify for a refund as long as the products are in the SAME CONDITION as it was shipped to you.

ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER THE 30 DAY PERIOD WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER!

If you decide to return the product to us, you (the customer) are responsible for all shipping charges. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES! NO EXCEPTIONS!

 All returns must be refunded. We currently do not offer exchange orders.

Once we have received the product and it has been approved for a refund, you will be notified by email. 

Refunds can take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on your financial institution.  We, Premium Hair Collection have no control on how long it takes for the financial institution to refund the charges.  Please speak with your bank for refund questions.
